Site Execution & Supervision Co-ordinate with customer for various site inspections. Should have knowledge of relevant IS Code and local codes.
- Execute civil works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Supervise subcontractors, labor, and site resources for daily construction activities.
- Should be able to set targets and take initiative for achieving the same.
- Should have zeal to learn and take challenging targets.
- Ensure proper layout, leveling, and alignment of structures.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and design teams for material and drawing availability.
- Monitor daily progress and report deviations to the Project Manager.
- Identify and mitigate site-level risks proactively.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
- Maintain site documentation including checklists, pour cards, and inspection reports.
