Civil Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and supervision of construction projects across industrial, institutional, and residential sites. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing drawings and technical specifications, coordinating with site teams and contractors, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role also involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, and preparing reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years (preferably at a contracting firm)
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Understanding of BOQ, BBS, and Rate Analysis.
• Familiarity with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
