Role Description

Analysis of the BOQ, drawings and other site specific details for better inter department coordinations.

Perform quantity estimations and communicated the real-time updates supporting project requirements and decision-making with an overall increase in accuracy.

Reduced on site delays, and conducted timely site visits for ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Daily operations and conducted site visits for the project site, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, reduction in project delays.

Facilitate cross-department collaboration for MEP, Structural and Architectural departments, enhancing real-time communication and reducing response times.

Resolve on-site issues through proactive problem-solving and communication ensuring timely project progress updates for owners and directors

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
• Min 5 years work experience in Residential,Building, Plotting projects
• Proven track record working with Civil Engineers and teams to complete projects
• Proven expertise in preparing site DPR, Quantity Estimation, Purchase Register.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Nway ERP (for accounting)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
