Job Title: Civil Engineer Luxury Township Projects

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a proven track record in executing luxury residential townships and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring quality execution of civil works from foundation to finishing, maintaining timelines, budgets, and construction standards in line with DELLA's premium project vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution as per design, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for timely project progress.
- Prepare and review BOQs, drawings, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Monitor site progress against project timelines and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to approved construction drawings and specifications.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors for civil works, finishing, and infrastructure development.
- Conduct quality checks for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Manage resource allocation, manpower, and material utilization effectively.
- Assist in cost control, billing, and measurement verification of contractors work.
- Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations and environmental standards.
- Support in coordination for inspections and approvals from consultants and authorities.

Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of civil works execution, finishing, and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience in project execution, site management, and quality control.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and modern finishing standards.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site tasks and work under strict timelines.
Minimum Qualification
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum Job Experience
Experience: 510 years in construction of luxury residential townships, commercial complexes, or high-rise projects.
