Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Civil Engineers for building and construction projects across East Africa. The role involves on-site supervision of day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on site experience in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings(not roads or infrastructure).

- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for building projects.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Coordinate between Client, Consultants, site teams, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Support contract management for medium-sized building projects.
- Monitor material usage and maintain on-site inventory control.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project management.
- Ensure timely completion of civil works as per project schedule.
- Oversee structural work, masonry, finishing, and related construction activities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Candidate Profile:
- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years for Graduates and 7 years for Diploma holders of experience in building construction supervision (not roads/infrastructure).
- Strong exposure to residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
- Excellent coordination skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Fluent in English; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in East African countries under varying conditions.
- Should be having valid passport
