Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in costing, billing, estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project costing, vendor billing verification, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
- Verify contractor/vendor bills and measurements
- Monitor project costs and support budget control
- Perform rate analysis and cost comparisons
- Assist in tendering and contract management
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Prepare MIS reports and billing updates
Required Skills
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of costing, estimation, billing, and contracts
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Technical knowledge, Billing, QS, Planning, Contracts, Costing
Preferred Experience
- Real estate, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to Technical Due Diligence & Project Monitoring
