Civil Engineer (high rise or Luxurious/Weekend Villa)

Job Description:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, under the guidance of Project In charge.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.

Review designs, plans, and construction drawings for alignment with project objectives.

2. Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards, with guidance from Project In charge.

Monitor the quality of work on-site, assisting in the enforcement of quality assurance standards.

Participate in regular site visits to inspect progress and ensure safety protocols are being followed.

3. Budget and Cost Management:

Support the monitoring of project budgets and assist in cost control throughout the construction process.

Track project expenses and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Identify potential financial risks and work with Site in-charge to mitigate them.

4. Risk Management and Problem Solving:

Assist in identifying potential project risks and propose solutions to minimize disruptions.

Address issues that arise during the construction phase, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are maintained.

Work with project leads to implement corrective actions as needed.

5. Progress Monitoring and Reporting:

Track the progress of the project and assist in preparing reports for site in charge.

Support adjustments to schedules and resources to ensure project milestones are met on time.

Help manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

6. Project Closure:

Assist with the final stages of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and to specification.

Participate in final inspections and assist in resolving any outstanding issues before handover.

Help complete project documentation and assist in post-project evaluations.

Key Skills:

Construction & execution methodology

Knowledge of project tracking and scheduling

Preparing timeline on excel

Basic Computer Knowledge

Basic Auto cad knowledge

Exposure:

MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Auto Cad

Min 5 years exp. into project execution of high rise or Luxurious/Weekend Villa

Experience : 5 - 7

Timing : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
