About the Role

We are seeking motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our highway infrastructure team as Assistant Highway Engineers. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to road design, construction supervision, and project documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.

Salary

Rs. 20,000 per Month+ Accommodation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surveying, leveling, and alignment for highway projects.
• Support in Monitor site execution, ensuring compliance with PWD/IRC standards.
• Conduct quality checks (materials, compaction, concrete mix) and maintain daily progress reports.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of highway engineering fundamentals and basic design software (AutoCAD, STAAD, MX Road).
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work on-site.
