Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all site construction activities from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate and monitor foundation excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting, and finishing works.
- Oversee precast foundation production, installation, alignment, leveling, and grouting activities.
- Manage cast-in-situ concrete works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise structural steel erection activities, including columns, beams, bracing, purlins, and connection works.
- Coordinate with fabrication, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and project management teams.
- Ensure work execution is carried out according to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track site productivity and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and verify completed works against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and material requirements on site.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
