Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for a Civil Engineer specializing in Greenfield industrial site development. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for project planning, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing execution plan, Quality control at site, overseeing construction activities, managing various agencies and contractors, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions. The role requires effective project management skills, adherence to safety protocols, and a keen eye for quality assurance and control during site development at various stages.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to create and interpret detailed engineering drawings, layouts, QAPs and GFC drawings.
• Experience in Civil Engineering and related tasks with competencies in calculations, material assessments, bill clearances and overall site management.
• Proficiency in Planning and executing projects within set deadlines and budgets.
• Knowledge of PEB structures, RCC buildings, site utilities are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to adhere to safety and quality standards in construction and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; professional certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in Greenfield or industrial site development is advantageous.
