We're looking for Civil Engineers with experience in property assessments and evaluation.
Location: Virar, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Verify site conditions with approved building plans and municipal records.
- Identify unauthorized constructions, extra floors, FSI violations, and property usage changes.
- Verify survey forms, assessment records, and related documentation.
- Oversee legacy data entry and building plan digitization activities.
- Ensure accuracy of property data, AutoCAD drawings, and uploaded records.
- Coordinate with field and technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and timelines.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, MIS reports, notices, and assessment files.
- Maintain digital records, audit trails, data security, and backups.
