The Job for a Civil Engineer
- Proficient in using drafting/design software and capable of reviewing construction drawings, identifying issues in the drawings, and providing practical recommendations for improvement.
熟练使用绘图软件,并审阅施工图,对图纸中存在的问题提出合理化意见;
Familiar with relevant national and local laws and regulations, knowledgeable about engineering construction procedures, and familiar with construction and acceptance standards. Able to participate in on-site contract management, identify and resolve common construction issues, and be involved in the full project lifecycle, including tendering, cost estimation, budgeting, design, construction, and project acceptance.
熟悉国家及地方相关法律法规,了解工程建设相关程序,熟悉施工及验收规范,参加现场合同管理,熟悉并解决施工中常见问题,参与项目招标造价、预算、设计、建设及验收全过程;
Review construction organisation and implementation plans for engineering projects, supervise and control project progress and construction quality, and provide technical support for civil works.
审核工程项目施工组织设计,监督控制工程项目的施工进度及施工质量,提供土建技术支持;
Responsible, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
工作认真负责,具有较好的沟通协调、分析解决问题的能力。
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Municipal Engineering, Engineering Management, or other related engineering disciplines.
土木工程、市政工程、工程管理等工程类相关专业;
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering management or construction site management.
具有5年以上工程管理或施工现场管理工作经验;
