Job Summary

Damia Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer for building and government construction projects. The candidate should have strong experience in labour management, client coordination, and execution of government works, with sound knowledge of HSR and DSR.

Key Responsibilities:

-Execution and supervision of building and government construction projects

-Managing site labour, supervisors, and subcontractors efficiently

-Planning daily site activities and ensuring labour productivity

-Coordinating with government departments, clients, consultants, and officials

-Attending inspections and client meetings

-Preparing measurements, bills, and site documentation

-Working as per approved drawings, specifications, and contract conditions

-Applying HSR / DSR rates in estimation, billing, and execution

-Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects

-Resolving site-level technical and coordination issues

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

38 years of experience

Mandatory experience in government project execution

Strong working knowledge of HSR & DSR

Skills Required

Excellent labour management and site handling skills

Good communication and client coordination abilities

Knowledge of building construction methods and materials

Ability to manage work independently at site

Salary

50,000 80,000 per month (based on experience)
