This is a client facing role with the key responsibility of undertaking digital transformation of construction operations for our clients through successful delivery and implementation of customer product to the client.
Responsibilities:
• Support in engaging and managing the client for construction operations transformation.
• Coordinate & understand client projects, processes, plans etc.
• Set up and implement across client projects as per client requirements.
• Conduct product training and handhold the customer on using the product.
• Interact and liaison with client users and teams on various procedures such as resolution of queries / issue / escalation etc.
• Proactively support client management by undertaking & presenting project related analysis-based insights from data in the company to help clients expedite construction.
• Prepare case studies to quantify and present the impact of company delivered to client projects.
• Undertake client feedback on product improvements and provide it to the company product team for consideration.
• Ensure the highest quality of software delivery to clients.
• Ensure completion of project delivery milestones as per schedule.
• Provide product demos whenever required and help the sales team in securing deals.
Experience and Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a reputed college (preferably Tier 1 college).
• MBA / PGDM in construction management from IIM institute (preferably Tier 1 college).
• 2 to 5 years of work experience (relevant)
• Experience of working on construction project sites, preferably roads or metro or buildings.
• Experience of preparing high quality presentations to clients / customers.
• Experience in using MS Excel or similar tools for analysis, modeling, dashboards etc.
• Experience of working with project management software. Skill Requirements:
