A company based in Balanagar, working in concrete and precast products is hiring a Civil Engineer with an experience range of 2 to 4 years, to support drawings, production coordination, and site execution. The role involves working with factory teams, vendors, and site teams to support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools
Read drawings and extract measurements for BOQ and execution
Support preparation of basic BOQs and quantity requirements
Coordinate with factory teams to plan production based on project needs
Track availability of materials, moulds, and labour for production
Monitor progress of ongoing work at site and factory
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for execution support
Ensure drawings are followed during production and installation
Communicate project updates, requirements, and issues to the team
Maintain basic records of drawings, measurements, and project status
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
24 years of experience in civil or execution-related work
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
Ability to read and understand drawings
Basic knowledge of concrete or construction materials
Ability to coordinate between site, factory, and teams
Good communication skills
Willingness to travel locally when required
