Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in civil engineering projects and demonstrate proficiency in using advanced design software. This position requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Civil Design and Analysis:
- Utilize Civil 3D for grading, land development, stormwater drainage, and utility systems design.
- Conduct stormwater modeling, pressure & gravity utility design, and analysis for various projects.
- Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project documentation using Sheet Set Manager (SSM) for Overall Project.
- Utility and Infrastructure Planning:
- Design underground utilities, sewer systems, and water networks.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and drafters.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Civil 3D and related design tools. 7-10 years of experience.
- Proven experience in stormwater, utility, and roadway design.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
