Role Description The Civil Engineer role at ATARASHI GROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Buxar. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with project teams to plan, design, and oversee civil works related to electrical contracting projects, including foundations, structural supports, utility layouts, and site development. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications; coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and project management teams; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves site supervision, monitoring construction quality, resolving technical issues, and supporting stormwater and drainage solutions where needed. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to project planning, scheduling, and documentation, and assist in optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness and durability.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering fundamentals, including Civil Engineering Design and practical Civil Engineering application.
• Experience in planning and coordinating civil works for infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related site development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team of Civil Engineers and other professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Understanding of relevant Indian codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with civil design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently on-site.
