Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 9–12 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in site execution, construction supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and project progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction activities for high-rise building projects.
• Ensure execution of structural works, including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and masonry.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and construction procedures are followed.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of construction activities.
• Identify execution challenges and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project management teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in high-rise building construction.
• Expertise in RCC structural work and civil site execution.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
• Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and quality control.
• Good understanding of construction safety standards and quality procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 9–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
