Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for Civil and Mechanical Engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including design, planning, and project implementation of civil and mechanical engineering solutions. Responsibilities also include analysis, material selection, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a focus on optimizing construction methodologies and materials to meet sustainability goals in line with Reinforced EPS Structural Panels (RESP).
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design, Planning, and Civil Engineering principles
- Hands-on experience with Civil Engineering applications in structural design and construction
- Proficiency in Stormwater Management and related civil projects
- Attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of sustainable construction materials and methodologies is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in innovative construction technologies is preferred
