Profile - Civil Site Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings and construction plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure materials used and work performed meet specifications.
- Manage site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site-related issues.
- Ensure all safety procedures and environmental regulations are followed on-site.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel as needed.
