Key Responsibilities:
WTG Foundation Construction
- Supervise and execute Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation works at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor excavation, reinforcement, concreting, and related civil activities.
Site Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of daily civil construction activities.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and resolve on-site technical issues.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and HSE guidelines at site.
- Maintain quality control during all stages of construction.
- Report deviations and support corrective actions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily progress reports and site updates.
- Maintain records of site activities and material usage.
- Support project documentation and reporting requirements.
