Role Description The Civil Diploma Engineer will work full time on-site at Quantet Builders Bathinda location, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering works. Daily responsibilities include assisting with civil engineering design and drawings, coordinating site activities, and ensuring that construction work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves overseeing site measurements, preparing basic quantity estimates, supporting stormwater and drainage-related works, and maintaining technical documentation and reports. The Civil Diploma Engineer will collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and site teams to resolve on-site issues, optimize resource utilization, and help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality parameters. The position requires regular site inspections, communication with stakeholders, and adherence to company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design and fundamental Civil Engineering principles.
• Candidates should possess skills relevant to working as Civil Engineers, including basic site supervision and coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project scheduling at the site level.
• Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management, drainage layout understanding, and related infrastructure works.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of construction standards, materials, and basic structural concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
