Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design, project management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction and safety standards.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software for project drafting and modeling.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SAP2000.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in civil engineering and construction.
