We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil / CSA Data Centre QA/QC Team Lead to join our organisation in Navi Mumbai, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee quality assurance and quality control operations within our data centre facilities, ensuring compliance with civil and safety standards whilst maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure all quality protocols are rigorously adhered to across all data centre operations.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the QA/QC team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures aligned with industry standards and organisational requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments of data centre infrastructure, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with civil and safety regulations
  • Analyse quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventative actions to address non-conformances
  • Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and compliance records for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and optimise operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to CSA (Compliance, Safety, Audit) frameworks and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving industry standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures and implement sustainable solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on QA/QC best practices and procedures
  • Monitor and manage quality-related budgets and resources effectively

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) in QA/QC leadership roles within data centre or similar infrastructure environments
  • Strong knowledge of data centre operations, civil infrastructure, and compliance frameworks
  • Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, testing protocols, and inspection procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across all organisational levels
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, safety protocols, etc.)

**Desirable Skills and Experience:**

  • Certification in quality management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • Experience with data centre-specific quality standards and best practices
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with compliance and safety audit procedures
  • Experience in process improvement and modelling
  • Knowledge of civil engineering standards and building compliance requirements
