Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Architect role based in Indore. The Civil Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of company facilities, retail outlets, and production spaces, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and functional needs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing architectural drawings, detailed layouts, and 3D models; coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior teams; and reviewing designs for safety, compliance, and sustainability. The role involves managing vendor and contractor coordination, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets. The Civil Architect will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and procurement to integrate brand identity into physical spaces and support continuous improvement of design standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience in planning and detailing commercial, industrial, or retail spaces.
- Experience with integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines, ensuring cohesive and compliant project execution.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and contractors on multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar); familiarity with basic software development or integration workflows is a plus for coordinating with digital design tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Architecture from an accredited institution; relevant professional licensure or registration is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices; experience with green building concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on-site.
