This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil and Structural Senior Designer located in Chennai, with some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves designing and drafting civil and structural engineering plans, collaborating with project teams for solution development, overseeing design activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, and conducting site visits when necessary. The candidate will support both detailed design efforts and assessments, using relevant software and technical standards to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Expertise in civil and structural design, including creating detailed engineering drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of structural analysis and construction methods
• Strong understanding of industry norms, codes, and practices, especially in civil and structural projects
• Effective collaboration skills and experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in civil or structural design roles
• Certification in relevant design software or project management methodologies is a plus
• Familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense industries is an advantage
