Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
Minimum 4+ years of experience.
Experience in premium finishing and fit-out execution, preferably in real estate and high-end residential projects.
Working knowledge of IS codes, finishing standards, and construction practices.
Key Responsibilities
Site management, planning, and execution of finishing and fit-out works.
Monitoring daily progress of finishing activities at site.
Managing contractors and organizing daily work schedules.
Efficient communication and delegation of work.
Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Adhering to SOPs with 100% accuracy.
Ensuring quality workmanship and proper installation of all finishing elements.
Timely intimation of project-delaying activities.
Maintaining site protocols and safety standards.
Preparing material reconciliation and work progress reports.
Experience in flooring, wall finishes, false ceilings, and joinery works.
DLR and DPR submission to management.
Basic knowledge of MEP coordination for interior works.
Overseeing façade interface works, glazing, aluminium, and architectural finishes.
Monitoring and controlling marble, tile, granite, wall cladding, and flooring works.
Monitoring and controlling painting, false ceilings, joinery, and other finishing works as per schedule and quality standards.
