Job Description

Qualification

  • BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • ME / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred, added advantage)

Experience

  • 15 to 20 years of professional experience with technical competence in defining design philosophy for concrete and steel structures
  • Strong knowledge of national and international codes and project management
  • Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry; exposure to Field Engineering and Basic/FEED Engineering is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale projects (30,000+ man-hours, 20+ team members)
  • Plan schedules, allocate resources, and manage deliverables
  • Estimate engineering man-hours based on scope and quantities
  • Handle scope changes and input modifications
  • Design steel/concrete structures, foundations, and industrial buildings
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards

Technical Skills

  • Structural Analysis: StaadPro (mandatory); GTStrudl (advantage)
  • Foundation Design: Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS (advantage)
  • 3D Model Review: Navisworks, SPR (advantage)
  • FEM Tools: Abaqus, SAP, SolidWorks (advantage)
