Job Summary 

We are seeking a Civil 3D Modeler with 2+ years of experience to deliver high-quality 3D models and support civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and seamless project coordination. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop detailed 3D civil engineering models using Autodesk Civil 3D, including surfaces, corridors, and alignments dry and wet utilities. 
• Design road networks, utility layouts, drainage, and site grading plans per project specifications and standards. 
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs (QTO) and BOQs from Civil 3D models. 
• Integrate point cloud and survey data into models for enhanced accuracy. 
• Coordinate with engineering teams, BIM coordinators, and project managers to meet design intent and deadlines. 
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards. 
• Use Navisworks for 3D model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary integration. 

Technical / Must-Have Skills 

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks. 
• Experience working on Gulf or international civil infrastructure projects. 
• Familiarity with BIM 360 for model sharing and coordination. 
• Strong skills in geospatial data integration and quantity take-off automation. 
• Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
