Role SummaryWe are looking for a City Operations Manager to lead project execution and cross-functional coordination for all interior projects in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across modular woodwork, civil, paint, and site installationswhile using technology and ERP tools to streamline communication, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all interior execution activities in Hyderabad across multiple sites
- Manage on-ground teams, site supervisors, and vendors for seamless delivery
- Ensure real-time updates and compliance within ERP/project management systems
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and merchandising teams based in Bangalore
- Handle internal team alignment and escalate external issues when needed
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring project timelines, quality, and clear communication
- Track performance metrics including delivery timelines, budgets, and customer feedback
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or equivalent
- 5+ years of total experience, with 3+ years in interior project or operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in using ERP/project tracking tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
