The Opportunity: Lead - City OPD Business – Bangalore

At Amaha, we are building a seamless ecosystem for mental health care where world-class clinical outcomes meet exceptional operational excellence. We currently have 5 OPDs in Bangalore and are consistently expanding

To drive this mission forward, we are hiring a high-energy individual for the role of Lead - City OPD Business in Bangalore. This is a full-time, high-ownership P L role where you will completely own the growth, operations, and experience of our physical Outpatient Department (OPD) centers across the city. The role will have a 6-day working week, and will require inter-city travel to the different OPD centres in Bangalore

You will be the operational backbone of the Bangalore OPD business—ensuring our centers run flawlessly, our clinicians feel fully supported, and our clients receive an empathetic, top-tier care experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • P L Ownership Growth: Take full accountability for the financial performance, budgeting, and strategic growth of Amaha's OPD business across Bangalore.
  • Client Experience Management: Ensure an exceptionally high-quality, seamless, and compassionate end-to-end experience for all clients visiting our centers.
  • Clinician Engagement Satisfaction: Foster a highly supportive environment to ensure our clinicians are happy, engaged, and operationally supported within the clinics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and work closely with a team of Centre Administration staff to build a culture of operational excellence and superior service delivery.
  • Center Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, safety, and aesthetic standards of our clinic infrastructure to ensure it remains a world-class environment for care.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of professional work experience, with proven experience in handling multi-center operations in retail healthcare or premium hospitality management.
  • Strong people leadership and team management skills, with a track record of managing ground-level administrative or customer service staff.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of projecting confidence and building credibility equally with senior clinicians and business leaders.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and absolute comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • A strong alignment with our mission and a passion for understanding the nuances of how quality mental health care is delivered.

Good-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in health-tech operations OR multi-center management is a distinct advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute is required; an MBA is preferred.
