Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and segment target audiences to adapt marketing efforts for new regions.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies for activating new regions, tailored to local demographics.
  3. Lead and execute regional marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
  4. Partner with sales, product, and operations teams for seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  1. 6-7 years of experience in city-level marketing and activation plans.
  2. Proven track record in launching and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Must speak regional language and manage compliance-related functions independently.
