Position: City Manger

Process: Google Ads

Experience: 6-8 Years

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Direct Sales / B2C Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales(non-store experience)
• Experience in Package selling/ Digital Payments (EDC) will be preferred.
• Strong experience in Field Sales and Team Handling is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and acquisition targets.
• Experience in merchant onboarding, QR code and Soundbox sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for merchant and retailer acquisition across various segments.
• Generate, source and close new acquisition leads and drive activations.
• Manage and lead a team of direct sales professionals.
• Coach and mentor the team on acquisition and relationship management.
• Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
• Develop new markets through extensive field visits and market mapping.
• Drive achievement of sales targets through Package selling
