Job Summary
We are seeking a highownership
City Manager Bangalore to scale our virtualbrand network across the city. You will own Bangalore's P&L, grow the partner base of small & medium restaurants, and lead onground sales and operations teams to deliver flawless order fulfillment and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Partner Onboarding
- Source underutilized restaurants/ cloud kitchens, pitch Our turnkey virtualbrand concepts, and close partnership agreements.
- Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline using local intel, field visits, and CRM hygiene.
- P&L Ownership & Operational Excellence
- Hit monthly GMV, margin, and ordervolume targets; monitor citylevel KPIs daily.
- Drive process adherence for menu mapping, kitchen SOPs, and lastmile delivery to keep cancellations and QC issues below threshold.
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, train, and coach sales execs, account managers, and kitchen ops associates.
- Foster a performancedriven, collaborative culture with clear goals and regular feedback loops.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration & Reporting
- Liaise with SupplyChain, Marketing, Finance, and HR to secure inventory, run city campaigns, and manage payroll & incentives.
- Present weekly performance dashboards and improvement plans to the senior leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 47years of city/area management, business development, or ops leadershippreferably in foodtech, QSR, cloudkitchen, or startup environments.
- Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and manage full P&L.
- Strong negotiation, datadriven decision making, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Experience building and scaling field teams; handson approach to problemsolving.
- Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel within the city and work flexible hours.
Preferred
- Existing network of restaurant owners, delivery aggregators, and F&B vendors in Bangalore.
- Prior experience launching virtual brands or multilocation QSR concepts.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Active restaurant partners onboarded per quarter
- Monthly GMV and contribution margin vs. target
- Order fulfillment SLA & QC pass rate
- Partner retention & satisfaction score
- Team productivity (revenue per rep) and attrition rate
