Hiring | City Lead – Store Operations | Bengaluru
We are hiring a City Lead – Store Operations to manage and drive operations across all Bengaluru Dark Stores at Inamo.
Location: Bengaluru
Industry: Quick Commerce
Key Requirements:
• Quick Commerce experience only
• Bengaluru-local profiles only
• 3–5+ years of experience in Quick Commerce Store/Dark Store Operations
• Profiles currently working as City Head, City Operations Head, Senior Manager, or equivalent leadership roles
• Strong experience in managing multiple Dark Stores and city-level operations
• Strong operational, people-management and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage operations across all Dark Stores in Bengaluru
• Drive operational KPIs, order accuracy and customer SLAs
• Monitor daily performance and take corrective actions
• Recruit, mentor and manage cross-functional store operations teams
• Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability
• Own city-level P&L, cost control and profitability
• Drive productivity, manpower and infrastructure cost optimization
• Support expansion and increase operational capacity
• Identify opportunities to improve network coverage and operational efficiency
• Handle city-level escalations with clients, partners and internal teams
Looking for hands-on leaders with strong Quick Commerce Dark Store experience who can manage operations at city scale.
