Copicod is a smart deals and discount platform that helps users discover and save money on offers from local businesses and popular brands. Our mission is to make discovering and redeeming the best local deals simple, convenient, and rewarding.

As we prepare to launch Copicod in Solapur, we are looking for energetic and ambitious college students who want to be part of building a startup from the ground level.

The Opportunity

We are looking for College students and freshers from Engineering, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, and other fields who are interested in gaining real-world experience through a 3-month internship.

This is not a typical desk internship.

As a City Launcher Intern, you will be part of the team responsible for helping Copicod launch in Solapur. You will interact directly with local businesses, understand the market, onboard merchants, and help build Copicod's presence in the city.

Your Role

As a City Launcher Intern, you will:

Visit local businesses and identify potential merchants for Copicod.

Introduce business owners to the Copicod platform and explain its benefits.

Help merchants onboard onto the platform.

Support merchants in creating attractive deals and discount offers.

Collect information about businesses, offers, and local market trends.

Conduct on-ground market research across Solapur.

Build professional relationships with local business owners.

Share feedback and insights about merchant requirements and customer behaviour.

Support promotional and city-launch activities.

Work closely with the Copicod team and contribute ideas to improve the launch strategy.

Maintain basic reports on merchant visits, onboarding progress, and market feedback.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for candidates who are:

College students or recent graduates.

From Engineering, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or any other relevant field.

Interested in startups, business development, marketing, or entrepreneurship.

Comfortable interacting with new people and local business owners.

Confident in communication and presentation.

Self-motivated and willing to work in the field.

Comfortable using mobile applications and basic productivity tools.

Interested in learning how a startup is launched in a real city.

Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, or Kannada will be an advantage.
