What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)

• Own revenue, costs, and profitability for the Pune market
• Identify and onboard new properties near colleges and universities
• Build strong relationships with property owners and partners
• Drive occupancy growth while maintaining unit economics
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, and Supply
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all student housing properties
• Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth on-ground execution
• Work closely with sales teams to improve bookings and conversions
• Track demand trends and prepare the city for peak seasons
• Negotiate commercial terms for long-term partnerships
• Manage vendors across housekeeping, food, maintenance, and security
• Monitor key metrics such as occupancy, revenue, costs, and NPS
• Use data to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
