Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a City Head - Sales, based in Mumbai. The City Head will oversee the sales team and ensure the achievement of sales targets, manage client accounts, and foster relationships with key business stakeholders. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, analyzing market trends and developing competitive solutions, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring optimal performance and motivation within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Experience in unsecured Business loan , Supply chain finance and developing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Proven Team Management abilities with a focus on mentorship and fostering collaboration within sales teams.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and developing competitive strategies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Prior experience in the fintech or financial services sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
