Your Mission

Own and lead city-level operations with an unwavering focus on product quality, operational excellence, and customer delight. The City Head will act as the City P&L owner, driving profitability and sustainable growth through data-driven decisions, efficient processes, and high-performing teams, while ensuring the brand consistently delivers an outstanding, product-led experience across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operations for all outlets in Hyderabad ensuring adherence to brand SOPs and quality standards.

  • Lead and manage Operations, field HR, Training, Maintenance function across the city.

  • Build and nurture high-performing teams with a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence

P&L Ownership & Financial Accountability

  • Take full ownership of the city's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring revenue targets, margin improvements, and cost controls are consistently met.

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, control operational costs, and improve bottom-line performance.

  • Monitor financial metrics regularly and present actionable insights to leadership.

Customer Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain top-tier customer service with excellent product ratings, consistent service speed and food quality standards across all stores.

  • Analyze customer feedback and implement actionable operational improvements.

  • Regularly audit stores for compliance, hygiene, and service standards.

Data Analysis & Decision-Making

  • Leverage operational and financial data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities.

  • Use data-driven insights to improve outlet performance, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience.

  • Analyse and track dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Expansion & Growth

  • Partner with leadership to drive city-level growth and new store launches.

  • Ensure seamless operational readiness and post-launch performance stabilization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Central Ops teams to align city operations with business goals.

  • Collaborate with the Data team to implement tools that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Crisis & Risk Management

  • Anticipate operational risks, troubleshoot challenges proactively, and ensure quick resolution to protect the brand and customer trust.

Key Requirements

Education:

  • Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or Operations Management

Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in QSR, casual dining, or retail operations.

  • Proven expertise in managing multi-outlet operations of a city, with strong P&L and data-driven management skills.
