We're rebuilding the traditional retail supply chains to reduce the production-to-plate cycle to hours, with a strong private-label economics, so that the consumer gets - fresh, clean, premium-quality food at accessible price points.
About the Role
You will own a city cluster end-to-end — growth & offline marketing, supply chain from sourcing to store operations to last mile delivery, customer experience, and P&L. This is a senior role for someone who can build demand on the ground, run tight supply chain execution, and make the cluster profitable.
What You'll Do
- Own the city cluster P&L, growth, and contribution.
- Drive offline marketing, society activations, and local acquisition.
- Run cluster operations across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and cost control.
- Lead Store Managers and ground teams across multiple nodes.
- Work with central teams to resolve bottlenecks, improve SOPs, and scale the playbook.
- Use dashboards and reviews to track city KPIs and drive accountability.
- Build product-first fixes by translating operational problems into systems, workflows, and process improvements.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in hyperlocal, ecommerce, logistics, warehouse, dark store, cluster operations or supply chain product roles.
- Strong ownership of both growth and operations, with comfort on P&L.
- Hands-on operator with strong people leadership and execution discipline.
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
- Product-minded: able to think beyond manual fixes and improve the system, not just the symptoms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with offline marketing, field activation, or society-led growth.
- Exposure to city launches, multi-site operations, or rapid scale environments.
- Experience working with product, engineering, or analytics teams on operational tooling.
