Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a City Executive Operations (CEO) based in Coimbatore. The CEO will oversee day-to-day operations in the city, ensure efficient management of resources, and maintain high service quality. Primary responsibilities include planning and executing operational strategies, managing local teams, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, and improving processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and local teams
• Expertise in Operations and Operations Management to oversee and optimize city-level processes and initiatives
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate performance, identify trends, and implement informed solutions
• Proven team leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Coimbatore is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

Role Overview

This is a field + execution role.

You will be responsible for onboarding local owners, service providers, and users, helping them list on Ubayog, and growing the Ubayog Coimbatore community.

If you prefer desk jobs or fixed routines, this role is not suitable.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Onboard asset owners & service providers (houses, halls, tools, vehicles, machinery, services)
• Help them list on Ubayog (simple phone-based onboarding)
• Onboard and activate local users
• Add users to the Ubayog Coimbatore WhatsApp community
• Execute local activations (apartments, markets, businesses)
• Track daily & monthly outputs (listings, users, engagement)

• Consistent daily execution on the ground
• Steady growth in listings + users
• Ownership mindset for Coimbatore city growth

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: 12,000 18,000 / month
• Variable Pay: Performance-based (listings, conversions, high-value onboarding)
• Strong performers earn 22,000 30,000+/month
