Role purpose

Lead technical operations across the city, maintain reliable building systems and ensure timely closure of technical issues through regular site rounds.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, DG, UPS, plumbing, lifts, fire systems and BMS within Smartworks operating scope.
• Conduct technical rounds across all buildings; identify equipment risks and drive corrective action with Centre Heads and site engineers.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and verify equipment performance after servicing.
• Investigate recurring breakdowns and implement permanent solutions with OEMs and vendors.
• Track technical inspections, certifications and statutory actions with HSE, building owners and relevant agencies.
• Manage technical vendor performance, maintenance quality and critical spare requirements.
• Review asset condition, energy consumption and repair costs; recommend justified replacements and improvements.
• Guide site engineering teams and support technical readiness checks for new buildings and client handovers.
