Role Description The City Centre Head – Loans & Investment is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and growing the loans and investment portfolio for a designated city or region. This role oversees client acquisition and relationship management, ensuring individuals and businesses receive appropriate loan and investment solutions aligned with their financial goals. Daily activities include assessing client needs, analyzing financial data, recommending investment strategies, and coordinating loan structuring and documentation with internal teams and partners. The City Centre Head monitors portfolio performance, tracks risk and returns, and prepares regular performance and compliance reports. This role also collaborates with marketing and training teams to promote services, conduct local outreach or virtual sessions, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Strong investment-focused capabilities, including Investment Management, Investment Strategies, and handling various Investments.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and create data-driven recommendations.
- Solid grounding in Finance, with understanding of lending products, capital markets, and wealth management principles.
- Proven experience in loan and investment advisory, portfolio management, or financial consulting, preferably in a city or regional leadership capacity.
- Ability to lead remote teams, build client relationships, and work independently with accountability for targets and outcomes.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in accessible language.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM or local equivalents) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and ethical standards in lending and investments.
