About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented City Business Manager to lead on-ground marketing initiatives and drive business growth across residential communities in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have experience in field marketing, business development, stakeholder management, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns across residential societies and communities.
- Manage and lead a team of Business Executives to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with RWAs, society management committees, and local stakeholders.
- Secure permissions and coordinate campaign activities within residential communities.
- Manage local vendors and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports using Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Field Marketing, BTL Marketing, or Sales Operations.
- Strong team handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru market and residential communities.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is preferred.
