City Business Head / City Partner – Catering Verticle

We are building a Kunafa & Dessert Catering business across Indian cities and are looking for energetic people who want to move beyond a regular restaurant job and build and operate a business.

What will you do

• Find and build relationships with caterers, event planners & wedding businesses
• Conduct product sampling and generate catering orders
• Manage local catering operations and events
• Handle inventory, stock and basic reporting
• Coordinate manpower and ensure smooth execution
• Personally be involved in the city's day-to-day business development and operations
• Gradually build a local team and customer network

Who are we looking for

We are especially interested in people currently working as:

• Restaurant / QSR Managers
• Captains / Shift Managers
• HORECA Sales Executives
• Catering Sales Executives
• Restaurant Business Development Executives
• Supervisors from QSR / Café / Food businesses

You should be someone who is comfortable being on the ground, meeting customers, travelling locally, sampling products and getting things done yourself.

This is NOT a passive-income opportunity and not a desk-only job.

What do we offer

A performance-linked model that can be structured as:

Fixed Pay upto 30-40k + Incentives upto 75k per month

OR

Revenue Sharing / City Partnership Model with earnings upto 2-3 Lacs per month.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a City Partner / Business Head with significantly higher ownership and earnings.

Ideal Candidate

• Min 3-4 years experience in restaurant/QSR/HORECA/catering
• Good communication and people-management skills
• Comfortable with sales + operations
• Can manage inventory and basic accounts/reporting
• Willing to travel and work on-ground
• Hungry to build something rather than simply do a job
• Restaurant/QSR management or HORECA sales experience preferred
