Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales & Business Development Lead to handle all sales activities within your city. You will be the face of EVRE in the market, responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and driving growth in your city.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1) Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Identify new prospects, build a robust pipeline of potential clients through online and offline channels.
  • Proactively reach out, follow-up, and nurture relationships through regular communication and tailored interactions.

2) Sales and Deal Closure

  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Manage negotiations for profitable, mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer onboarding to meet acquisition targets.

3) Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs deeply and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential.

4) Market Intelligence

  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations
  • Share data-driven insights internally to align product offerings, optimise marketing and sales strategies, identity growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

5) Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

6) Team Building

What we are looking for

1) Skills and Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in sectors like EV, automotive, infrastructure, real estate, technology, or energy.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with simple web platforms for CRM, reporting, project management and simple web tools for sales collateral.
  • Experience with B2B offline channels like trade expos.

2) Education

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related technical field; a master's degree is preferred.
