Key Responsibilitie

• sAdminister and support Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
• .Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions for enterprise users
• .Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connectors, Resource Locations, Workspace, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway
• .Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS)
• .Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledg
• ePerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issues
• .Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experience
• .Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements
• .Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activities
• .Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams
• .Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles
• .Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes
