Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Citrix Administrator to join our IT team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience managing and supporting Citrix environments, ensuring high availability and performance of virtual applications and desktops.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement and support Citrix virtualization solutions for end-users.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Citrix applications and services.
  • Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Citrix solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in Citrix administration, specifically with XenApp and XenDesktop.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Citrix provisioning services and Citrix director.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
