# Experience and Required Skill Sets
- More than 3 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role (or similar role); experience in software development and infrastructure development is a plus.
- 5+ years experience with Citrix Xendesktop / XenApp.
- Intermediate experience with Xendesktop 7.15 or higher
- NetScaler Experience (Support and troubleshooting) preferred.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Nutanix AHV / CVM experience.
- Must know how to troubleshoot Desktop and connection performance issues.
- Work shift would be Local Time India business hours (staggered start time so there is an overlap with EMEA and US East Coast).
- Required experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and Xendesktop with multiple sites and farms.
- Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp and Xendesktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.
- Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface/ NetScaler).
- Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager.
- Publishing applications in Citrix and applications virtualization using AppSense and/or Microsoft App-V.
- Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager's thresholds, installations manager, Citrix Farm Configuration.
- Will need to do on call rotation for weekends.
