Job Description

Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments.
Monitor and manage Citrix infrastructure including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Studio.
Maintain Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, gateway, and remote access.
Troubleshoot Citrix sessions, profiles, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Patch, upgrade, and maintain Citrix components and underlying infrastructure.
Implement and manage Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS) or Provisioning Services (PVS).
Work closely with network, security, and Windows server teams.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of virtual environments.
